Job Requirements – Maintenance Department (Electrical & Mechanical)
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance (preferred).
- Knowledge of electrical panel operation and troubleshooting (LT/HT panels).
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Utility handling knowledge (DG set, Air Compressor, Transformer, UPS, AC, Water Pumps).
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge. (like-motor connection, bearing change)
- Electrical inspection and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, VFDs, PLC basics, sensors, contactors, relays, and MCCB/ACB.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Experience in EB (Electricity Board) coordination and follow-up work.
- Knowledge of energy monitoring and power consumption.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments (Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Megger).
- Experience in spare parts management and maintenance planning.
- Good documentation skills for maintenance reports and checklists.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for supporting ISO, LWG and Lean.
- Ability to prepare maintenance logs, reports, and Excel-based records.
- Understanding of safety standards, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and PPE usage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to attend work at emergency breakdowns.
- Team player with a positive attitude and continuous learning mindset.

- EB follow-up and statutory compliance.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
