Job Title: Structural Draftsman
Location: DLF Phase, Gurgaon
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman with experience in residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing detailed structural drawings, especially beam and slab drawings, with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for residential projects
- Develop beam drawings and slab drawings as per design requirements
- Coordinate with structural engineers and architects for design inputs
- Modify and update drawings based on project changes
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and specifications
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–4 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman
- Strong knowledge of beam and slab detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Understanding of RCC structural drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in residential/high-rise building projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of structural concepts and site coordination
