About the Role
BluDesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Architect with strong commercial project experience to join our team in Sector 2, Noida.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial architecture, space planning, working drawings, construction detailing, site coordination, and project execution. The candidate must be capable of handling projects from concept and design development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and designs for commercial projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Handle space planning and design development as per client requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team.
Prepare and review construction and working drawings.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
Select and coordinate materials, finishes, and architectural details.
Prepare design presentations, 3D views, and project proposals.
Identify and resolve design and site-related issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Review drawings prepared by junior architects and guide the design team.
Coordinate architectural requirements with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
Mandatory Requirements
4–5 years of professional experience in architecture.
Commercial project experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have hands-on experience working on commercial buildings/offices/retail/corporate spaces or similar commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar software will be preferred.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction techniques, and site execution.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle design and project-related responsibilities.
Important
Candidates without relevant commercial project experience will not be considered for this position.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a strong commercial project portfolio.
Compensation
₹45,000/month onwards
Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, portfolio, technical skills, and interview performance.
