Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute multi-step organic synthesis for complex molecules and prodrug candidate
- Lead research projects independently and provide scientific direction to project teams
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes with a focus on yield, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Perform reaction optimization, impurity profiling, and structureactivity relationship (SAR) studies
- Characterize compounds using advanced analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS, IR, etc.)
- Prepare detailed experimental records, technical reports, and scientific documentation
- Support technology transfer, scale-up, and process validation activities
- Mentor and guide junior scientists and research associates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical, formulation, and regulatory teams
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, data integrity, and quality standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
