Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, and corridors.
- Ensure proper cleaning of common areas, including lobby, reception, staircases, and lift area (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms (guest and staff).
- Ensure proper upkeep of the restaurant and dining area.
- Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as per hotel standards.
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to management.
- Ensure proper handling and safe use of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel policy.
- Assist guests politely if required and coordinate with other departments when necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
- Responsible and disciplined attitude toward work.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Polite behavior and professional conduct.
