Location: Delhi-NCR | Type: Hybrid, Work from Home (occasional offline meets)
Work directly with the Founder to build and scale the brand of a fast-growing pet health tech startup. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think, create and execute end-to-end content- not just follow instructions.
What You’ll Do
- Own social media from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish → scale
- Create high-quality reels & short-form video content (featuring pets, vets, and storytelling)
- Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Design visually strong creatives using Canva Pro (must-have)
- Work with AI-driven content creation & storytelling formats
- Work closely with the Founder on campaigns, growth experiments, and brand building
- Give inputs for Website UI
You Are
- Pet parent (mandatory)
- Strong in Canva Pro, graphic design and video editing
- Comfortable shooting content with dogs & cats and being on camera
- Hands-on with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Creative storyteller with sharp content instincts
- Familiar with AI tools for video/content creation
- Highly ownership-driven, fast-moving, and adaptable to startup environments
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You need constant direction or structured workflows
- You’re only execution-focused without creative thinking
- You’re not comfortable being hands-on with content creation
- Cannot take responsibility for work and if you value time>impact
