Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting vehicles, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper documentation.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealership events.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor products, and market trends.
