About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings, driving high-quality traffic, and increasing online visibility for our IT services. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation.- Create quarterly SEO roadmaps and forecasts. On-Page Optimization- Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.- Conduct SEO audits and ensure best practices.- Coordinate with content and development teams. Technical SEO- Fix crawl issues, indexation problems, and broken links.- Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.- Ensure technical SEO alignment with developers. Off-Page & Link Building- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.- Monitor backlinks and manage toxic links.- Handle outreach and guest posting activities. Reporting & Analytics- Track performance using SEO tools.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.- Monitor keyword rankings and conversions. Team Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams for SEO alignment.- Provide guidelines and training. Performance Optimization- Identify opportunities to increase traffic and conversions.- Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience.- Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.- Understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good to Have- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.- Understanding of PPC/SMM.- Leadership or project management experience.
