Job Description
Plus UAE Group is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives for our Kochi office.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers across India, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their business requirements and introducing suitable services and opportunities offered by our group.
Full product and service training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Find and contact potential business customers across India.
- Speak with company owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Introduce our company's services and business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Make outbound calls and follow up enquiries.
- Communicate through phone, email, WhatsApp and other professional channels.
- Arrange online meetings with interested customers.
- Maintain lead and follow-up information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the senior sales and management team.
- Follow prospects consistently until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of sales experience preferred.

- Hindi communication is an advantage.
- Confident in speaking with new customers.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Good follow-up ability.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work from our Kochi office.
