Staff Nurse – Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and medical instructions.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control standards are maintained.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies required for patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, nursing standards, and ethical practices at all times.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate patient updates effectively.
Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
