Job Summary:
Neerganga Ispat Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant and office staff. The candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, labor compliance, and overall HR administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for plant staff, office staff, and management positions.
Coordinate with consultants and job portals for hiring requirements.
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
Employee Management:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure smooth employee relations and engagement activities.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee performance.
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/payroll team.
Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory compliance.
Ensure labor law compliance as per factory norms.
Maintain HR policies and compliance documentation.
HR Operations & Administration
Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports.
Manage HR audits and documentation.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Support management in policy implementation and workforce planning.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Recruitment and employee handling experience
HR MIS & reporting knowledge
Good command over MS Excel and HR documentation
Ability to handle manufacturing workforce
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Steel / Manufacturing Industry preferred
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of factory HR operations
Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
