Candidate to have strong Audio visual Technical Support skills, extensive experience in managing AV faults and supporting AV services, service calls, service requests and planned changes.
Brief Job Description:
- Two-wheeler is must.
- Competence with video conference and broadcasting systems
- Expertise in processing control, routing, and audio video signal flow with broadcast software.
- Understanding AV technologies and AV systems on a technical level
- Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment.
- Interpersonal, delegation, and teamwork skills.
- The ability to clearly understand to and respond to needs as communicated by other members of the team.
- Ensuring that AV hardware and software is prepared to meet the needs of the organization.
- Offering plans and advice for live audio and video events, including broadcasts, conferences, and so on.
- Operating the master controls of AV systems during events.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving of hardware and software of AV Equipments
- Storing, transporting, assembling and disassembling of AV Equipments.
- Ensuring the production and updating of AV documentation such as user guides.
- Cabling and wiring to implement technologies into AV setups.
- Handling of Entire AV support services
Experience: 5+ years in AV system support/maintenance preferred.
Education: Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics preferred
