US IT Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for US-based IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Understand client requirements and match candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job suitability.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and work authorization status.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and pipeline updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients to support ongoing hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.
