Profile Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our fashion brand’s online presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media, managing product listings, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on fashion trends and audience engagement
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, sizes, and variants) on e-commerce platforms
- Write compelling and trend-focused product descriptions aligned with the brand voice Coordinate with design and photography teams for product shoots and content
- Handle customer queries related to products, orders, sizing, and returns in a professional manner
- Ensure timely response to messages, comments, and reviews across platforms
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for inventory updates
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate end-to-end e-commerce processes including order flow, inventory updates, and internal team alignment to ensure smooth operations Knowledge Skills Education: Graduate or any related field
- Experience: 1+ Years of experience
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach Basic knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and online retail
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools or Canva
- Understanding of online sales strategies and promotions
- Experience in influencer coordination or collaborations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
