About the Role: We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager with a minimum 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for the entire organic content lifecycle—from conceptualising ideas to filming, editing, and posting. You must have a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate spiritual concepts into viral-worthy Reels and engaging posts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Calendar: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with product launches, festivals, and astrological events.
- Reels & Video Production: Shoot and edit high-quality Reels daily. You must be an expert in mobile videography, transitions, and using trending audio to maximise reach.
- Shoot Planning: Organise and direct content shoots for products (crystals, oils) and personal brand content for Dr Vani Kabir. This includes setting up lighting, props, and backgrounds.
- Graphic Design: Create aesthetically pleasing static posts, carousels, and stories using Canva or Adobe tools that match the premium brand guidelines.
- Trend Watching: Stay updated on the latest Instagram trends, algorithms, and viral formats to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Community Engagement: Actively reply to comments and DMs to build a loyal community and foster engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
- Portfolio: Must have a portfolio or Instagram handle showcasing your video editing and content creation skills.
- Technical Skills: Expert in video editing apps (VN, CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro) and design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
- Aesthetic Sense: A natural eye for lighting, composition, and "Instagrammable" visuals.
- Copywriting: Ability to write engaging, soulful, and error-free captions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
