Job Summary:
The Human Resource Personnel is responsible for assisting in various HR functions to support the organization's workforce and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and HR record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and personnel records.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files and databases.
- Handle HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and termination documentation.
- Manage and track employee attendance and time-off requests.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Provide information and support to employees regarding their benefits.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated with the current labour laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices are in compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for audits.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and policy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in HR or related roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
