We are looking for a Telecaller to join our store team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with customers, and providing information about products and services.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Intermediate.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, English, or Hindi.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
- Provide information about products, offers, and services.
- Follow up with customers and maintain records.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
