Job Description
VELMORA FILMS is looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute wedding and event projects. The ideal candidate should be able to manage vendors, timelines, client communication, and on-ground event operations to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate weddings, pre-wedding shoots, and special events.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, photographers, videographers, decorators, caterers, and other vendors.
- Conduct venue visits and event planning meetings.
- Ensure smooth on-site event operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor budgets and maintain event-related documentation.
- Supervise event setup, logistics, and team coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after events.
- Prepare event reports and ensure client satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Event Management, Wedding Planning, Hospitality, or Client Coordination.
- Freshers with excellent coordination and communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and event planning tools.
- Willingness to travel and work during weekends/events when required.
