Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Electrical Engineer to execute electrical works at our project sites. The ideal candidate should be a diploma-holder in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in site execution and project supervision. This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently manage site operations with minimal support from the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute electrical and associated works at project sites.
- Independently manage site activities, workforce coordination, and daily progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities as required.
- Monitor project timelines, material usage, and quality of work.
- Troubleshoot on-site electrical issues and implement practical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical site execution, preferably in external electrical infrastructure, utilities, or similar projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
- Ability to independently manage project sites with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project locations as required.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing teams and subcontractors at site.
- Familiarity with project drawings, BOQs, and execution planning.
- Basic knowledge of project reporting and documentation.
