Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects and programs of the organization. The role involves team management, stakeholder coordination, donor reporting, budget monitoring, and ensuring program objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning and Implementation
- Develop annual program plans and implementation strategies.
- Ensure timely execution of project activities as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders for smooth program delivery.
- Monitor program progress and address implementation challenges.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Track program outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate program documentation and records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and donors.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Stakeholder and Partnership Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, CSR partners, NGOs, educational institutions, and community leaders.
- Represent the organization in meetings, events, and networking forums.
- Facilitate partnerships to strengthen program impact.
Budget and Resource Management
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for project requirements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to donor guidelines and organizational policies.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and ethical practices across programs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in program management within the NGO/social sector.
- Experience in managing donor-funded projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of community development and social impact programs.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in skill development, disability inclusion, education, livelihood, or community development programs.
- Familiarity with CSR projects and government schemes.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
