ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a multi-business group based in Madurai building a suite of in-house software products — factory operations dashboards, crusher billing and weighbridge systems, land document management, CRM tools, and more. These are real products we use ourselves and plan to commercialise.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can architect, build, and ship both mobile and web applications end-to-end. This is not a maintenance role. You will be building new products from scratch, integrating AI capabilities into everything you build, and owning the technical direction of the entire product suite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architecture & Development:
- Design and architect scalable, maintainable full stack applications for web and Android
- Build robust REST APIs and backend services
- Develop responsive, fast-loading web frontends and Android mobile apps
- Own the full development lifecycle — from requirement to deployment
- Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
AI Integration:
- Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) into products for intelligent features
- Build AI-powered reporting, summarisation, and decision-support tools
- Design cost-efficient AI architectures — avoiding unnecessary API calls and token waste
- Stay current with the latest AI tools, models, and frameworks and bring them into the product
Product Ownership:
- Translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into technical specifications
- Make architectural decisions independently and justify them clearly
- Identify technical debt early and propose solutions proactively
- Document systems, APIs, and architecture for maintainability
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio
- React or Next.js for web frontend — production-grade experience
- React Native or Android (Kotlin/Java) for mobile app development
- Node.js or Python for backend API development
- PostgreSQL or MySQL — database design, query optimisation, indexing
- REST API design and integration
- Cloud deployment — AWS, GCP, or Azure; comfortable with Linux servers
- Git — version control, branching strategy, code reviews
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications
- Ability to work independently and own full products without hand-holding
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Apps Script or Zoho automation integrations
- Familiarity with weighbridge, ERP, or industrial software
- Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaS platforms
- WebSocket or real-time data experience for live dashboards
- Prior experience building and commercialising SaaS products
