AI & Digital Capability: Working knowledge of AI is mandatory for every position. Candidates must be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent AI applications relevant to their work, as well as basic digital reporting and communication tools. The level expected will vary according to seniority.

Experience: 8–12 years, including minimum 3 years managing hotel/service operations or multiple operating departments.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred; alternatively a graduate with substantial relevant hospitality/service operations experience.
CTC: ₹12–16 lakh, exceptional candidate up to ₹18 lakh.
