Vikram Readymix Concrete Co. is seeking an experienced RMC Plant Incharge to manage day-to-day plant operations, production planning, dispatch coordination, and overall plant performance. The candidate must have extensive experience in commercial Ready Mix Concrete operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the RMC plant
- Plan and monitor concrete production schedules
- Coordinate with dispatch, quality, and maintenance teams
- Ensure optimum utilization of plant resources
- Monitor production efficiency and material consumption
- Maintain safety and operational standards
- Handle customer requirements and delivery schedules
- Prepare production reports and plant records
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Commercial RMC operations
- Previous experience as Plant Incharge or similar role preferred
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of RMC plant operations
- Production planning and resource management skills
- Team handling and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, emails)
