GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
In this role, you will help build strong, repeatable operational practices that enable teams to perform at their best. You will partner closely with team managers, senior leaders alongside the Process Excellence team to turn insight into action and action into balanced results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The colleague is responsible for:
- Building and embedding clear operating rhythms for team managers, including performance reviews, risk management and handling critical issues

Supporting consistent service delivery through the use of SLAs, controls and governance frameworks

Developing and standardizing performance dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable insights

Identifying trends, risks and opportunities across productivity, quality, capacity and colleague engagement

Enabling continuous improvement initiatives, working with management and Process Excellence teams to simplify processes and remove inefficiencies

Ensuring improvements are sustained through documentation, controls and capability transfer

Mentoring and supporting team managers in operational practices, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making

Acting as a second-line perspective to reinforce consistency and operational maturity across teams

Sharing performance insights with senior leadership to support informed decision-making

Supporting alignment between demand, workforce capacity and delivery outcomes
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
-
8+ years’ experience in operations, service delivery, operational excellence, process improvement or performance management environments

Very good English communication skills, with ability to work with international stakeholders and senior leadership

Strong analytical skills with experience in working with data, dashboards and performance insights

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence decisions

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Coaching and mentoring capability, with ability to challenge constructively

Experience in continuous improvement and driving sustainable change

Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and practical approach
