About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. This role is about creating a warm and professional first impression for every visitor, client, and caller who walks through our doors.
You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations in a professional and welcoming manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and couriers.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Graduate (any discipline).
- 0–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email, internet usage, and common office applications.
