We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in residential real estate electrical systems, site execution, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installation work at construction sites.
- Ensure execution of electrical work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor the quality of electrical installations and ensure timely completion of work.
- Prepare material estimates, BOQs, and verify contractor bills.
- Inspect electrical systems, panels, wiring, lighting, DG, and transformer installations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress records.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 Years of Professional Experience in Real Estate/Construction Projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, electrical drawings, wiring, panels, transformers, DG sets, and building electrical services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of estimation, billing, quality control, and site execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage electrical work at construction sites.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
