Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Loan telecalling or sales process
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Experience in handling live leads and disbursement data
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to explain Personal Loan products and services
- Follow up with interested and potential customers for loan processing
- Manage and maintain live leads and disbursement data effectively
- Generate maximum loan disbursements through regular customer coordination
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
