- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Perform network cable coding/crimping, cable laying, and cable management.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot EPABX/telephone extension systems.
- Diagnose and repair system, network, and communication equipment faults.
- Provide technical support to users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Monitor system performance and maintain security standards.
- Maintain records of IT assets, network configurations, and service activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with CCTV camera installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform LAN cable crimping, coding, and network setup.
- Experience with telephone extension (EPABX) systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical tasks.
Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, CCTV, or system administration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
