ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce OmniStudio Lead with deep hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and the broader Salesforce platform. This is a leadership-level contract engagement requiring a minimum of 7–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end OmniStudio solution design, mentor team members, and serve as the primary technical authority for all OmniStudio deliverables. Candidates with AgentForce certification or proven hands-on experience will be strongly preferred.

Total Salesforce Experience
7 – 9 Years (Minimum) in the Salesforce ecosystem

Proven experience leading developers and providing technical solutions
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of OmniStudio solutions including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
- Act as the primary technical authority for all OmniStudio-related work — setting standards, reviewing code, and resolving architectural blockers.
- Architect and deliver scalable Experience Cloud solutions including portals, sites, and community-based applications for B2B, B2C, and partner use cases.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce customisations using Apex, LWC, Aura components, Triggers, and Asynchronous processes (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled).
- Design and implement integration solutions connecting Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware layers.
- Define and enforce Salesforce security architecture including Sharing Rules, OWD, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security.
- Configure and manage Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Process Builder flows, and declarative automation aligned to business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to translate functional requirements into robust, production-ready technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices for OmniStudio and Experience Cloud development.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, integration specs, and runbooks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives — as a senior technical contributor.
- Provide Level 3 production support and lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep expertise in OmniScripts, DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo), FlexCards, and Integration Procedures — including complex branching, conditional logic, and reusable component patterns.OmniStudio (Mandatory 5+ yrs):
- Proven track record building portals, communities, and digital experiences — including custom branding, content management, audience targeting, and member management.Experience Cloud (Mandatory 5+ yrs):
- Strong command of Apex classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable/Future/Scheduled Apex, LWC, and Aura components with an emphasis on performance and governor limit compliance.Salesforce Core Development:
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and external system connectivity.Integration:
- Expert-level understanding of Sharing Rules, OWD, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, FLS, and record access frameworks.Salesforce Security:
- Proficiency in Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, Flows, and Process Builder — and knowing when to use code vs. clicks.Declarative Automation:
- Demonstrated ability to lead developer teams, drive technical decisions, and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership & Communication:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AgentForce Certification or demonstrable hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce — candidates with this credential will be highly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, or Application Architect.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries Cloud (Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Communications Cloud) where OmniStudio is heavily leveraged.
- Familiarity with Vlocity (now OmniStudio) migration patterns and upgrade strategies from legacy Vlocity to native OmniStudio.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git-based version control, and DevOps toolchains (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
- Domain experience in Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector — industries where OmniStudio adoption is deepest.
