We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative Preschool Teacher to manage our Toddler and Nursery classes. Mentored by the prestigious Anand Niketan Group of Schools, H3 Preschool Vaishnodevi implements a distinctive 3H Curriculum that focuses evenly on Head (Information), Heart (Inspiration), and Hand (Implementation).In this role, you will help our alpha-generation learners grow into independent self-learners through play-based and experiential learning. You will be responsible for creating a joyful, structured, and safe classroom environment where early language, social skills, and cognitive milestones bloom.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate with a degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd), Montessori training, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of teaching experience with children aged 1.5 to 4 years old in a reputed preschool setting.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with Gujarati or Hindi is highly beneficial for connecting with parents.
- Aesthetic & Demeanour: Deep patience, an upbeat personality, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine love for working with tiny tots.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort using basic smartphone apps and school ERP platforms for recording daily student progress.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
