About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our
growing team at Backdropsource.
Note: The first month will be an onsite training period at our Noida Sector 63 office (near
Electronic City Metro Station). Upon successful completion of training, the role will transition to a
remote/work-from-home position.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, relationship
building, and revenue growth. You will work closely with domestic and international clients while
representing a globally recognized e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities
● Engage with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, virtual meetings and
follow-ups
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
● Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers
● Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Attend industry seminars, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings for
relationship building and business development
● Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
● Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer
satisfaction
Requirements
•Candidates with experience in international voice processes are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or
client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client interactions and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools .
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
Preferred Skills
● Experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or creative/display industry
● Fluency in English
● Strong presentation and relationship management skills
● Willingness to travel for client meetings, seminars, and events when required
