About Position:
We are seeking experienced C++ Developers with Qt/QML expertise who thrive in environments requiring precision, performance, and user-centric design. This role is perfect for professionals who can deliver high-quality, high-performance applications while bridging the gap between backend logic and rich user interfaces. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing cross-platform or embedded applications, combining low-level system efficiency with modern UI/UX experiences using Qt and QML. What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications using the Qt framework across desktop and embedded environments
-
Build modern and responsive user interfaces using Qt Quick and QML
-
Integrate QML UI with C++ backend using signals, slots, models, and controllers
-
Implement clean architecture patterns such as MVC or MVVM
-
Develop reusable UI components and manage state for complex application screens
-
Optimize application performance including startup time, UI rendering, and memory usage
-
Ensure application stability under real-world workloads
-
Work on multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and inter-process communication as required
-
Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, device interfaces, and platform-specific components
-
Support development across Windows and Linux platforms, embedded exposure is a plus
-
Write unit tests and automation tests using Qt Test, GoogleTest, or QML test frameworks
-
Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and test coverage
-
Debug production issues, analyze crashes and logs, perform root cause analysis
-
Implement fixes and preventive measures for recurring issues
-
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into features
-
Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards

Manage CI build configurations and participate in code reviews and change management processes
Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong hands-on experience in C++ (C++11/14/17) with solid understanding of OOP concepts, STL, memory management, and design patterns
-
Excellent expertise in Qt framework including Qt Core, Qt Widgets, Qt Network, and Qt Concurrent
-
Hands-on experience with Qt Creator, CMake, and qmake build systems
-
Proven experience in QML and Qt Quick including layouts, controls, animations, and JavaScript in QML
-
Strong experience in C++ and QML integration
-
Good understanding of multi-threading, synchronization, and thread-safe UI updates in Qt
-
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using GDB, LLDB, or Visual Studio Debugger
-
Experience using profilers and performance analysis tools
-
Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git
-
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
-
Good understanding of networking fundamentals

Hands-on experience with Qt networking APIs such as HTTP, WebSockets, TCP, and UDP
-
Experience with packaging and deployment of desktop applications like MSI, EXE, or AppImage is an added advantage

Experience with ticketing and ALM tools such as Jira or Azure Boards
-
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments

Exposure to Embedded Linux, Yocto, cross-compilation toolchains, and hardware communication layers

Experience with OpenGL, Qt 3D, Qt Multimedia, or graphics rendering optimization is a plus

Knowledge of static code analysis tools such as clang-tidy, cppcheck, and sanitizers

Understanding of secure coding practices

Familiarity with IPC frameworks such as DBus or gRPC

Experience with device integration using serial, USB, or BLE depending on project needs

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
