Required Qualification:- Diploma in Operation theater / Bachelor Degree in Operation theater
Experience :-1-2 years/ Fresher can also apply.
Job & Responsibility
· He should maintain and keeps the operating room and ensures everything is running smoothly before the conduct of surgery.
· He should clean and disinfect surgical instruments and or equipment after surgeries.
· He should prepare surgical instrument and equipment for autoclaving / sterilization per protocol.
· He should maintain and keeps all surgical tools sterile and orderly.
· He should maintain and keep all equipment clean and functional.
· He should order and maintain adequate necessary supplies in the operating room.
· He should prepare the patient before and after surgery by washing and disinfecting the area for surgery.
· He should follow the Operation Theatre protocols.
· He should prepare prepare necessary equipment and instrument prior to procedure / surgery.
· He should assist the surgeon during the procedure.
Knowledge and ability to disinfect operating areas after each procedure surgeries.
