As an Office Sales Executive at Happy Move, your sole mandate is high-velocity inside sales, digital lead qualification, and pipeline acceleration directly from the central desk. Operating strictly from the office, you are responsible for aggressively filtering raw leads generated by our marketing engines, ruthlessly screening out low-intent window shoppers, and validating the exact budget, timeline, and configuration preferences of genuine buyers. Your performance is measured entirely by the volume and precision of the warm, highly qualified client traffic you schedule and line up for our on-ground Site Managers; your job ends the moment you pass a locked-in appointment to the field conversion machine. To survive in this role, you must maintain relentless telephone velocity, enforce absolute data accuracy within our CRM, and ensure zero lag time between initial lead intake and field handoff.
