Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments including Operations, F&B Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Office.
- Understand manpower requirements from respective department heads and prepare hiring plans accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, consultancy networks, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview rounds, feedback collection, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements and approved manpower budgets.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks before onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes for new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Maintain positive candidate experience and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with training and HR teams for smooth onboarding and employee integration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment procedures.
- Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, hotel management campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Monitor employee retention trends and support management in reducing attrition through quality hiring.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and hiring status reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information at all times.
- Perform any other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
