Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging digital and offline content that promotes our institution's academic programs, student achievements, campus activities, and brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, videos, and marketing materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, website pages, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Develop educational, informational, and promotional content aligned with the institution's goals.
- Write clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate copy tailored to different audiences.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Video & Multimedia Content
- Capture photos and videos of campus events, classroom activities, workshops, and student achievements.
- Edit videos, reels, and short-form content for digital platforms.
- Design basic graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure all content aligns with institutional branding and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and administrative departments to gather content.
- Highlight success stories, testimonials, placements, and academic accomplishments.
Content Planning & Analytics
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (educational sector experience preferred).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
Technical Skills
- Content writing and copywriting.
- Social media management tools.
- Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
