Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with over 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page Optimization, Link Building, Google and Meta Ads, Analytics, and expertise in using tools like Semrush to drive organic and paid traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO: Optimize website structure, performance, and technical elements (crawlability, indexing, schema markup, site speed, etc.) to improve organic search rankings.
On-Page SEO: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, optimize content, titles, meta descriptions, and headers. Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with the latest search engine algorithms.
Link Building: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic traffic.
Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google and Meta platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush to monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Campaign Management: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring high ROI.
Competitor Analysis: Perform regular audits and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign metrics and provide clear reporting on key performance indicators, along with recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Semrush.
Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, site audits, and technical fixes.
Proven track record of on-page SEO and link-building techniques.
Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
Pay: ₹15,203.74 - ₹33,753.71 per month
