- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to students or clients.
- Assess individuals’ skills, interests, personality traits, and career aspirations using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Guide clients in selecting suitable academic programs, training courses, or career paths.
- Assist with resume writing, cover letters, and job application processes.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide interview preparation support.
- Organize and facilitate career workshops, seminars, and job fairs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job market trends, education pathways, and industry requirements.
- Build relationships with employers, colleges, and training providers.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Support clients in developing career action plans and goal-setting strategies.
