Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Solar Power Technician to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar installations, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission solar PV systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and system faults.
- Conduct testing, inspections, and performance checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with project teams.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in solar PV installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred
- Solar PV certification.
- Experience with SCADA, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and hybrid solar systems.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
