Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded systems (firmware + hardware).
Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress testing on embedded products.
Collaborate with hardware and firmware development teams to understand product design and resolve defects.
Set up and maintain test environments including hardware-in-loop (HIL) systems and simulators.
Analyze logs and trace files to identify and isolate issues; document defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Conduct root cause analysis and suggest product improvements.
Validate product against compliance requirements (e.g., safety, EMC, environmental standards).
Mentor junior QA engineers and lead test strategy discussions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
