Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Expert with proven experience in planning, executing, and scaling influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of influencers, deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to drive measurable ROI through collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, negotiations, and contracts
- Oversee campaign execution including content approvals, timelines, and deliverables
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, content, branding) for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging influencers, and platform algorithm changes
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all influencer communications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience with influencer tools/platforms and analytics dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or lifestyle brands
- Existing network of influencers and agencies
- Knowledge of performance marketing integration (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
