Bike Rider – Delivery | Chaigram
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Chaigram food and beverage orders to customers safely and on time.
- Pick up orders from the assigned outlet and verify order details before delivery.
- Follow the assigned delivery routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
- Maintain the company-provided/own bike in good working condition.
- Handle food and packages carefully to maintain quality and hygiene during transit.
- Collect cash/online payment confirmation, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper delivery records and submit cash/receipts as required.
- Communicate professionally with customers and handle basic delivery-related queries.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding.
- Coordinate with the outlet team regarding order delays, cancellations, or customer issues.
- Ensure the delivery bag and bike are kept clean and hygienic.
- Perform other delivery-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
