- Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.
- Helping the team in sales closures.
- Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
- Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
- 2+ years experience in handling sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 50K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
- Earn 6-8% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months
