BMCODER is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our IT and software development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions
Required Skills:
- Good English communication (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of IT services, website development, and mobile app development
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience with bidding portals is a plus
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
