To be fully qualified and competent to serve as Pilot- in- Command of the aircraft in a safe and professional manner including in- depth knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, ATC procedures, flight planning, DGCA and applicable international regulations and procedures.
To be adaptable & flexible to contribute to the smooth running and operational excellence of the Aviation division
