We are looking for motivated Remote Sales Associates based in India to support our U.S. sales operations during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
## Role Overview
The Remote Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business customers, managing leads, supporting existing accounts, and helping grow sales across assigned product categories. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers, working Pacific Time Zone hours from India, and earning commission based on performance.
## Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential retail and wholesale customers through calls, emails, messages, and CRM tools.
- Introduce Get Glass Distribution’s products and services to new business prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with customers.
- Support existing accounts by sharing product updates, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Help customers place orders and coordinate with the internal team for fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products in eligible commission categories.
- Work closely with the U.S. team during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
## Requirements
- Must be based in India and available to work U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, B2B sales, or wholesale sales preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and messaging platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Experience selling to U.S. customers or working with U.S. businesses is a plus.
- Experience in wholesale distribution, retail sales, or consumer products is a plus.
## Compensation
This position includes regular pay plus commission opportunities on select product categories. Commission eligibility, rates, and categories will be discussed during the hiring process and may vary based on product type, sales performance, and company policy.
