The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires 4-10 years of prior experience handling recruitment and HR operations within pharmaceutical, healthcare, pharma marketing, sourcing, or manufacturing-driven environments. The ideal candidate should have worked in a mid-sized pharmaceutical company and should be comfortable hiring across diverse functions, including:
- Pharma Marketing/ Sales
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Regulatory & Operations
- Corporate & Support Function
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred . Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred.
General Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Sound understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and labour compliance
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
