We are hiring Back Office Executive for one of our esteemed client in Engineer industry at Ahmedabad location. The company details are as given below :

- Location : Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
- Staff Members: 5
- Office Timings: 10:00 to 7:00
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday [6 days]
- No Bond, Contract or Deposit
Key Responsibilities
- Back Office Support: Assist in daily administrative work and office coordination.
- Data Entry & Excel Work: Maintain records in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reports). Update customer and lead data properly.
- IndiaMART Handling (Training Provided): Respond to inquiries, share quotations, and maintain follow-up records.
- Quotation & Documentation: Prepare basic quotations, invoices, and maintain proper files and records.
- Client Follow-up: Coordinate with customers for inquiry updates and order follow-ups.
- Email & Communication: Draft basic emails and maintain professional communication with clients.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office).
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Graduate / Final Year Student can apply.
