What would you do? The Creative Analyst is a production-focused role responsible for content adaptation, artwork execution, and quality assurance of digital and print marketing assets. This role operates within a well-defined creative and brand framework, adapting approved master creatives into multiple formats, sizes, languages, and market variants. The individual works closely with Project Managers, onshore stakeholders, and production teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. The role does not require conceptual design or creative ideation and is firmly positioned as a high-accuracy execution and delivery role.
What are we looking for? Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Design, or a related discipline preferred) Experience in: -Artwork production -Content adaptation -Digital and print asset execution Proven experience working in large-scale, process-driven production environments Technical Skills: Figma (MANDATORY) – intermediate proficiency, at least 2 years hand on (adaptation, versioning, updates based on masters) Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Professional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with global/onshore teams High attention to detail and quality orientation Ability to operate effectively under pressure and tight timelines Process-driven mindset with strong execution discipline •Note: The candidate should be willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts if required. Full time Work from Office role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility to Work from Home Good to Have / Added Advantage: Exposure to HTML5 banner adaptation (non-coding) Working knowledge of DCO workflows Basic understanding of animation or motion adaptation Awareness of Campaign Manager / DoubleClick environments
Roles and Responsibilities: Content Adaptation & Production Execution: Adapt existing master creatives into multiple output formats, including: Static and animated banners HTML5 assets GIFs and lightweight animations Responsive and size variants Dynamic / geo-targeted versions Print and OOH adaptations where applicable Ensure all adaptations meet brand guidelines, platform specifications, and delivery checklists Execute high-volume production work with strong attention to detail and consistency Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Analyze work received from onshore/client teams and identify missing or unclear inputs Communicate with stakeholders through calls, chats, and emails for clarifications and updates Support Project Managers with day-to-day delivery coordination and status reporting Team Support & Delivery Ownership: Support onboarding and process training for new or junior team members Monitor assigned work and support delivery under tight timelines and business-critical deadlines Act as a backup for the Lead / Manager in managing delivery or coordination activities when required
