Key Responsibilities
A strong Tech Lead at Weboconnect should ideally have:
- 5–8+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one major technology stack
- Ability to understand and design end-to-end application architecture
- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, authentication, security and integrations
- Experience with Flutter/mobile, Node.js/backend, React/web, PostgreSQL/MySQL would be valuable for your environment
- Strong Git/code review practices
- Experience with AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean or similar cloud platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD, deployment and production troubleshooting
- Ability to estimate tasks and identify technical risks
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience managing/mentoring developers
- Good client communication skills
- Ability to participate in technical discussions with clients
- Ownership mindset — not someone who only completes assigned coding tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult production issues
- Good documentation skills

- Frontend: React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Mobile: Flutter / React Native / Android / iOS
- Backend: Node.js, .NET, Java, Python or similar
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar
- APIs: REST APIs, third-party integrations, authentication and authorization
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or similar platforms
- DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker and deployment processes
- Architecture: Microservices, modular architecture, scalable application design
- Security: Secure coding practices, API security, authentication and data protection
